About Me
I'm an engineer with a background in Human Centered Design and Engineering Management, and I like building things people actually use. Design and user research taught me to start with what confuses people and work backward from there. If a product doesn't solve a real problem for someone, it doesn't matter how good it looks. Today I bring that approach to product management, turning research into clear priorities a team can build on.
why product?I care about who gets left out of a product. At HuskyADAPT, I prototyped adaptive toys for children with disabilities, and with Engineers Without Borders, I worked on projects for under-resourced communities. Those projects taught me that good products start by asking who they don’t work for yet, whether that’s someone who communicates in ASL, a first-time customer confused by jargon, or a community with limited access to technology. That’s why I work where engineering and product meet: I still love building, but I’m most energized by managing the work, deciding what gets built and for whom, and keeping the team aligned along the way.
what year am I?I'm currently a first-year M.S. in Engineering Management student at Northeastern University.
what is important to me?Clear problems, strong collaboration and measurable impact. I do my best work on teams where product, design and engineering share context early, and where decisions are grounded in user research and data.
what do I hope to learn?I want to keep growing by owning work end to end, from defining requirements and prioritizing the roadmap to coordinating launches with engineering and design. I’m especially excited to learn how experienced product and program managers make tradeoffs, measure success and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
